System: Waters M150C instrument
Columns: GPC columns made from ST/DVB, from many manufacturers
Detector: Usually Differential refractometer, but we also use Differential viscometer, MALLS and UV detectors
Mobile Phase: Most common is THF but toluene, chloroform and others can be used
Temperature: with THF is 30C. with other solvents can be as high as 145C.
Flow Rate: 1.0 ml/min
